Due to COVID-19, we are not currently accepting returns for any products listed on the website. If the error is caused on our behalf, a return process will be discussed once we are contacted. However, we do accept exchanges for natural wigs and bundle deals. Exchange process will be discussed once we are contacted. Email: Info@thefablifeco.com
If you would like to like cancel an order, please cancel within 1 hour of purchasing. We do finalize your order quickly so it can be be ready for pickup/shipping within the processing times shown. To cancel, please email Info@thefablifeco.com or refer to the “Contact Us” page in the tab bar.
Any changes that you need to make to an order has to be confirmed within 1 hour of purchasing. Once the order is finalized, there can be no changes made.
Checkout Process
Please make sure that your billing & shipping address matches before proceeding with checkout. If your postal code, & billing + shipping does not match there will be a “Payment details cannot be verified” error or the order will automatically cancel.
