Domestic Shipping|Pickup Policy
Items On Hand > 2-3 Business Days. (Located under “Ready To Ship”. Items on hand can be picked up or shipped same day.
Items Not On Hand > 7-8 Business Days.
If the item is not on hand, Please give us (5) Total Business Days to receive. Once we receive, please look out for your tracking # or pickup confirmation by the 5th business day from the date your order is placed. Weekends|Holidays are not included with shipping.
If you are placing an order for a colored wig or 34”-40” wig, Please give us (6) Total business days to receive. Once we receive, please look out for your tracking # or pickup confirmation by the 6th business day from the date your order is placed. Weekends|Holidays are not included with shipping.
Delivery
Once the item is shipped by The Fab Life, customers will receive there package on the 7th or 8th business day.
Pickup Details
When selecting pickup, you will receive a “Pickup Confirmation” email from thefablifeco@aol.com once we receive your item and your item is ready for pickup! Local pickup is available for all Montgomery, AL Clients. Please make sure that you have a (Open) schedule due to pickups are always scheduled in the afternoon time.
Appointment Confirmation
If you are not purchasing hair on hand, and you would like to schedule an appointment and/or event please send us an email first to confirm wether your item will arrive in time. Email: Thefablifeco@aol.com
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
TheFabLifeCo ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. All packages also require a signature so we can ensure that you receive your product.
Damages
TheFabLifeCo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
