Thank you for visiting and shopping at TheFabLifeCo. Here are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Pickup Policy. Please ensure to thoroughly read this policy as it is very important. Note: Weekends|holidays aren’t included with shipping+pickup time.
Ready To Ship Hair: 2-3 Business days
Items that are on hand will be located under our ‘Ready To Ship’ tab. Feel free to purchase any item under this tab if you need hair ASAP. Our Ready To Ship tab offers same day pickup & same day shipping.
Shipping = 2-3 business days
Non Ready To Ship Hair: 7-8 Business Days
If the item is not on hand, please give us (5) business days to receive from the date the order is placed. Once we receive, please look out for your tracking or pickup confirmation on the 5th business day. Delivery will be completed on the 7th or 8th business day.
Non Ready To Ship Colored Hair: 8-9 Business Days
This includes 99j burgandy, & highlight piano only. Please give us (6) business days to receive from the date the order is placed. Once we receive, please look out for your tracking on pickup confirmation on the 6th business day.
Pickup Details
When selecting pickup on your order, you will receive a email from Info@thefablifeco.com with the subject label ‘Pickup confirmation’. Pickup confirmations include the time, date, & location. Our Pickups are scheduled during the afternoon time of 3:30 P.M.
Appointment Confirmation
If you are not purchasing hair on hand, and you would like to schedule an appointment and/or event please feel free to email us Info@thefablifeco.com to ensure you will receive the item on time.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
TheFabLifeCo does not ship to PO Boxes or University boxes. Please ensure that you leave you regular home address for shipping delivery.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). All packages also require a signature so we can ensure that you receive your product, If you will not be available for delivery please feel free to schedule a pickup with the shipping carrier.
Damages
TheFabLifeCo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or it has been lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
