What Is Lunar Holiday?

Lunar holiday is a holiday celebrated in Korea, china, Vietnam, and Indonesia to bring on the arrival of spring and a new year. During this time, there is no production work completed during the days of Feb 6-Feb 15.

  When Should I have My Order placed?

If you would like your order to still be processed|shipped during Lunar Holiday: Your order should be placed by Feb 3rd for natural hair. Your order should be placed by Feb 1st for colored hair.

 

        What cannot ship during this holiday?

All items located under the "HAIR" tab will not be able to ship or cannot be picked up during the time of Feb 6-15.

What can ship during this holiday?

All wigs & bundles that we have under ‘Ready To Ship’. This is our on hand tab where same day shipping + pickup automatically applies.


If I order hair during this holiday, when will it ship or can be picked up?

If you place an order during Feb 6-15, your order will ship or can be picked up within our regular processing time shown under our shipping policy tab.
(5) business days after the 15th for natural hair.
(6) business days after the 15th for colored wigs & 34-40' wigs.

                               Cancellations

If you decide that you would like to cancel an order, we ask that you cancel within (1) hour of placing your order.
